1. Order Processing

 

In-stock Items:

Items that are in stock or otherwise ready to ship are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

 

Made-to-order Items:

Certain jewelry pieces (such as custom diamond settings) are made-to-order and require additional production time. These items are typically shipped within approximately 40–45 days.

 

Note:

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on design complexity, customization requirements, material availability, or manufacturing conditions.

 


 

2. Shipping Methods & Cost

 

Free Worldwide Shipping:

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

 

Secure Delivery:

All shipments are fully insured and sent using secure courier services such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

 

Signature Required:

Due to the high value of jewelry items, a signature may be required upon delivery. Packages may not be left unattended or delivered to unsecured locations.

 

No P.O. Boxes:

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders must be delivered to a valid residential or business address.

 


 

3. Duties and Taxes

 

To provide a smooth international shopping experience, we aim to ship most international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis whenever possible.

 

In many cases, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, allowing customers to receive their orders without additional charges upon delivery.

 

However, customs regulations vary by country. In certain situations, additional duties, taxes, fees, or documentation may be required by local authorities. Customers may be responsible for such charges where required by applicable laws or regulations.

 


 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

 

Typical transit times after shipment are as follows:

 

United States & Canada: 2–5 business days

Europe & UK: 3–6 business days

Asia (including Japan): 3–6 business days

Rest of the World: 4–7 business days

 

Please note that these delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

5. Customs Clearance

 

While we strive to simplify international shipping, customs authorities in certain countries may require the recipient to provide additional information or documentation (such as identification verification) in order to complete the import clearance process.

 

Failure to cooperate with customs authorities may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or return of the shipment.

 


 

6. Insurance and Delivery Responsibility

 

Full Insurance:

All shipments are fully insured during transit until delivery has been confirmed by the carrier’s tracking record.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery:

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Delivery Confirmation:

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier at the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

 


 

7. Address Accuracy and Security Verification

 

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

 

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

 

Security Verification:

For security purposes, certain high-value orders may require identity verification before shipment.
