Aftercare

Jewelry Care & Warranty

Fine jewelry is designed to last, but it should be worn, stored, and cared for properly. Below is our guide to caring for your piece over time.

01

Jewelry Care

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend handling each piece with care. Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, showering, sleeping, or engaging in activities that may cause impact, pressure, or damage.

Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and excessive moisture. When not in use, store your jewelry separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to help prevent scratches and wear.

For rings worn daily, we recommend regular cleaning and periodic inspection to help ensure stones and settings remain secure over time.

02

Limited Warranty

GWEN’S GLOW JEWELRY INC. provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended wear.

This limited warranty may include defects in craftsmanship, setting structure, or loose stones determined to result from a manufacturing defect. All warranty claims are subject to inspection, evaluation, and approval at our sole discretion.

03

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, surface wear, accidental damage, improper use, negligence, loss of stones caused by impact or misuse, exposure to chemicals, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, resizing, modifications, or servicing performed by third parties.

Variations in gemstone appearance, natural inclusions, minor irregularities, and normal aging of precious metals are not considered manufacturing defects.

04

Repair Services

If your item requires repair or maintenance, please contact us for an evaluation. All repair requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, we may still be able to assist with repair services. Service fees, shipping costs, taxes, or material charges may apply depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the repair required.

Repair timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the service and material availability.

05

Inspection & Evaluation

Customers may be asked to provide photographs, order information, or return the item for inspection and verification. For security and authenticity purposes, diamonds, gemstones, certificates, serial numbers, laser inscriptions, and other identifying features may be examined during the evaluation process.
